Our story
6 years in micromobility
FleetIQ didn’t grow out of pitch decks — it grew out of streets, scooters and a million rides. We’ve walked the operator’s path ourselves: city launches, seasonal peaks, repairs, night-time charging. And we built the platform we once wished we had.

Location, battery and mileage for every scooter update in real time, and lock and alarm commands run in seconds. The system automatically flags scooters that go offline or move while locked.

How long does launch take and what do you need from me?
About a week from contract to first rides. We’ll need your logo and brand colours, Apple and Google developer accounts, a payment and SMS provider, and access to your scooters’ IoT. We’ll help you choose and set everything up.
Is there a setup fee, and what’s paid separately?
There’s no setup fee. You pay separately for payment provider fees, SMS, Apple Developer and Google Play accounts, and IoT trackers and their connectivity.
Which scooters are supported?
Okai, Segway, Omni, Teltonika and Fitrider scooters and trackers, connected via flespi or the FleetIQ gateway. The platform receives live telemetry and sends lock, unlock and alarm commands. Different model? Get in touch and we’ll check.
Can I operate in several cities?
Yes. Each city has its own zones, tariffs, currency and time zone, and operators switch between cities in the CRM and the staff app.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in the EU. Every operator runs on a separate copy of the platform, and data is stored with encrypted backups and regular restore checks.
What payment methods are available?
Stripe or LiqPay: card, Apple Pay and Google Pay on the provider’s checkout page. Fiscal receipts are supported via Checkbox.
How many languages does the system support?
Eight: English, Ukrainian, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish and Portuguese. Each brand can choose its own set.
Can I turn off features I don’t need?
Yes. Gamification, prize draws, rider leaderboard, news, the AI analyst and other modules can be switched on individually for each operator.
